Once you get your OCA then you need to pass Oracle Database 10g: Administration II exam. For new OCPs Oracle Corporation need the OCP to attend one course at Oracle Education or take the Oracle Education course online and fill-up the Hands-on requirement form. You can do this anytime once you pass all four exams. Once you get OCP then for future releases of Oracle you can take only the one upgrade exam to upgrade your OCP certification with new release.
